We had a great honour to host you at the 12th International Congress of Polish Herbal Committee, which was organised on the occasion of 60th Anniversary of the Research Institute of Medicinal Plants. The Congress was organised by the Research Institute of Medicinal Plants and Polish Herbal Committee in co-operation with Society for Medicinal Plant Research and Phytotherapy Section of Polish Medical Association.
The Congress was the first event with the participation of Society for Medicinal Plant Research and an excellent beginning of a fruitful so-operation for the future.
12th International Congress of Polish Herbal Committee is the most important Polish forum to exhange opinions in the field of herbal drugs. We are glad that it is a very interesting event with an international rank.
We have invited to the Congress numerous group of prominent scientists from different environments professionally related with herbal medicine and herbal drug from Poland and abroad.
The participation of many guests from the whole Europe and the lecturers from the leading scientific centres undertaking the topic of herbal medicine prove that the Congress is recognised as a relevant event. Among the undertaken subjects were those connected with legislation, pharmacology, dietetics, breeding and also with the plants cultivation. Invited specialists will present the current state of the knowledge in the field.
On behalf of the Research Institute of Medicinal Plants and the Polish Herbal Committee we would like to cordially thank Society for Medicinal Plant Research for the commitment with the organisation of the Congress.
